The effect of job stress and work-family conflict on Nurses Turnover Intention

Turnover the intention of hospital employees, especially nurses, is currently a challenge that concern. This study uses quantitative approach to determine factors influence high turnover nurses. Specifically, researcher considers role job stress and work-family conflict as antecedents intention. Data were taken through survey by distributing questionnaires respondents, with total sample 90 Each item in questionnaire was measured using Likert scale five points. The data obtained processed multiple regression analysis software. results this confirmed hypothesis proposed researcher, felt nurses could increase their or desire leave at hospital. findings can be used consideration reference for managers, leaders, supervisors hospitals pay attention conditions are being experienced employees.
